Then, I will give you the medical evidence, tell you what the science says, and share what works for MOST people. From there, we will tweak and try what is most likely to work for YOU. I will stretch your belief’s about what is possible for your health and the health of the people you love.

I have a unique perspective as the mom of an unreliable speaking autistic adult AND trained advanced practice nurse. I have over 20 years of experience paired with training as a communication and regulation partner. This experience has helped me hone an intuitive listening approach to actually HEAR you.

Initial 2 hour intake for functional med services averages $350 and varies according to state of residence, as well as complexity of medical concerns. Packages are customized to unique needs.
