With over 20 years experience as an advanced practice nurse, I am a functional practitioner who treats the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. I support integrated and natural solutions through education and coaching.

Catering to teens and adults with autism who use augmentative/assistive communication, their families, and their supporters. Additionally, I accept any client who desires to have their thoughts and concerns heard no matter the form of communication used.

Currently offering telehealth for optimized regulation, comfort, and convenience. I practice person centered care by listening to your concerns, answering your questions, and reviewing your health history. Together, we develop a multi-modal plan to improve your health.
